Things always turn out differently than planned. PROJEKT JU mastermind Jens-Christian Usner and drummer Markus Lesch had actually been thinking about working together for a long time, but simply didn’t have the time. Usner’s work as a vocal coach and his involvement in the musicals „Steam” and his playing the devil in „Jedermann” in the Gebläsehalle in Neunkirchen/Saar as well as appearances with his well-booked metal cover band Beyond Darkness on the one hand, and Leschs (ex-Razor’s Edge, Satanic Voices) many activities as a session drummer, drum teacher, drum tech (e.g. for Unheilig, Subway To Sally, New Model Army, Edguy etc) and concert organizer on the other hand made it almost impossible for the two to get together in peace.
