L’ALBA DI MORRIGAN was created in 2008 in Turin thanks to the desire of Hugo Ballisai. During winter 2009 they wrote and recorded their first demo “The Circle”. In september 2011 “The Essence Remains”, first band’s album, was recorded. With it the band had the great pleasure to collaborate with Frank Default from Katatonia and Bloodbath, who has given his precious help and experience on the album. My Kingdom Music captured their potentialities and released “The Essence Remains” at the end of March 2012. The band supported it with live shows together with Anathema, Antimatter, The Ocean, Shores Of Null. After these events, a long pause and a many line-up changes happened, until 2020 when the new album titled „I’m Gold, I’m God” was recorded and ready to be released. It will see the light on April 9th, 2021. A pure moment of genius, a musical kaleidoscope of past and modern sonorities, brought to your ears by a very compact sound that emphasizes the emotional aspects of their music.
