„Dead Dads Club” is Chilli Jesson’s new band project. in 2012, Chilli achieved his first successes with his London band „Palma Violets”. They became famous virtually overnight, suddenly landed on the front pages of the NME and became an insider tip on the London indie rock scene. After the band unexpectedly broke up in 2016, Jessonz initially tried to find a new direction with a new project, „Crewel Intentions”, but later limited himself to writing pop songs for financial reasons. In the course of this creative slump, Jesson stopped listening to the music that had once shaped him – until the „Fontaines DC” invited him to be a guest on their tour. This reawakened his passion for raw, honest music. Inspired, he began working with Rupert Greaves on his most personal project yet: „Dead Dads Club”!
