„Dig It” was first released in 1980 with four tracks. The 2016 reissue comes with the 28-minute bonus track „Esoteric Goody”, which was recorded during the recording period of „Dig It”, as well as a bonus DVD. The latter contains „Stahlsinfonie”, a recording of an almost hour-long concert that Schulze gave at the Ars Electronica in Linz on September 8, 1980.
