Twin River is the garage-pop brainchild of Courtney Ewan and Andy Bishop. Their upcoming sophomore album is comprised of songs that alternate between dazzlingly summery and hauntingly dark. Consequence of Sound calls first single ‘Antony’, “a road warrior of an indie song, reverberating guitars echoing The War on Drugs as much as any jangle pop artist. Twin River is a shoegazing, garage, dream-pop band from Vancouver and Montreal. Their upcoming sophomore LP, “Passing Shade” produced by Darcy Hancock, alternates between dazzlingly summery and hauntingly dark.
