Cellebrating their 50 years of existence, The Storm are back with a brand new vinyl record. Pioneers of Spanish hard rock music their debut self-titled album became an instant Deep Purple influenced Spanish classic when BASF issued it back in 1974 in various countries (Spain, Germany, Italy…). Collectors around the world pay small fortunes for an original copy of the album (a fantastically made reissue can be found on the Wah Wah Records Supersonic Sounds catalogue). Their second album saw the band exploring farther ahead into the hard rock world, this time adding some extra dose of sophistification to the raw sound of their debut.
Now the band is back with a brand new release that features magic collaborations by some of the most legendary names of Spanish hard rock / heavy metal story including lead singers Sherpa (Barón Rojo), Óscar Sancho (Lujuria) Fortu Sánchez (Obús) and guitar wizard Paco Ventura (Medina Azahara). Comes in two different versions : the regular black vinyl edition and the even more limited purple vinyl edition. Spanish hard rock-progressive band in the 1970’s, created in 1969 as „Los Tormentos” by Luis Genil (keyboards, vocals), and Diego Ruiz (drums, vocals), and Jos Torres (bass, vocals).
