Nashville, Tenn. – Red Camel Collective’s highly anticipated debut album is officially out now via Pinecastle Records. This 10-track self-titled collection introduces listeners to the powerhouse ensemble featuring reigning IBMA Momentum Vocalist of the Year Heather Berry Mabe (vocals, guitar), Tony Mabe (banjo, vocals), Johnathan Dillon (mandolin, vocals) and Curt Love (bass). The project masterfully blends original compositions with must-hear Bluegrass classics, solidifying the group’s place as a fresh yet deeply rooted force in the genre.
The album is a mix of original material and timeless covers, with Heather Berry Mabe penning half of the tracks. The latest single, “Daughter of the Stars,” is a song that packs a very important message about seeing the beauty in everything, showcasing soaring harmonies and heartfelt storytelling. Other standout cuts include the poignant original “Sincerity,” the uplifting “Dare to Dream,” and their fresh take on Charley Pride’s classic “Roll On Mississippi.” With a lineup of stellar guest musicians including Michael Cleveland, Sharon White, Suzanne Cox, Stephen Burwell, Jeff Partin and Gaven Largent, the project is a testament to the band’s musical depth and versatility.
