ELECTRIC REQUIEM – INCREDIBLE LIVE RADIO BROADCAST FROM 1990.
By the dawn of the 1990s, progressive metal pioneers Queensrÿche were celebrating what was fast becoming their most successful era. Their 1988 concept album, Operation: Mindcrime, had enjoyed much critical and commercial success, going Platinum in the United States.
On 29th November 1990 the band played the 4,500 capacity Jaap Edanhal in Amsterdam, a show which was recorded for FM radio broadcast, and thus the subject of a live transmission in both the Dutch capital and across the US.
