Beginning with reflections on their BBC TV specials of 1974, the Osmonds’ 1979 filmed special took the group back to the scene of their first-ever London concert, the Rainbow Theatre, for a performance covering highlights of their career to date. Resplendent in metallic silver suits and rocking at their hardest, the group ran wild with „Crazy Horses” before ceding the stage for Little Jimmy Osmond to perform his showcase song, „Long Haired Lover From Liverpool”, and bringing the house down as a full seven-piece family unit with sister Marie on a heavenly rendition of I Believe. With bonus material in the shape of the 1973 documentary On Tour With The Osmonds – complete with screaming fans awaiting the group’s arrival in London – this collection offers a decade-spanning look at just why the Osmonds remain one of the most iconic bands of the 1970s.
