Loreena McKennitt‘s Quinlan Road label continues to celebrate her 30th anniversary as a recording artist with the release on vinyl for the first time of „Elemental”, her 1985 debut recording.
Mastered for vinyl and CD by Jeff Wolpert, Elemental will be available as a global limited edition of just 5,000 copies pressed on 180g vinyl at the Record Industry plant in the Netherlands.
Its nine tracks showcase McKennitt‘s talents as a singer and harpist with fresh and memorable arrangements of traditional Celtic favourites, and musical settings of much-loved poems by Yeats and Blake. Featured guests include Cedric Smith and Douglas Campbell.
