THE KORGIS were a classy pop act who enjoyed significant success in the early 1980s. Their entire output for Rialto Records appears here for the first time. The band were formed in 1978 by two former members of Stackridge, Andy Davis and James Warren and scored their first hit with „If I Had You” in 1979 (UK #13).
This 2CD package boasts all of the band’s recordings for Rialto, including three whole albums: „The Korgis” (1979), „Dumb Waiters” (1980) and „Sticky George” (1981), as well as all of the band’s period A and B sides. „Wish You A Merry Christmas” makes its debut on CD.
