„Distant Memories” (ALRN040) is the third installment of the PAS Curated Series.
This is a collection of computermusic / musique conrete pieces that
have been inspired by forgotten memories and those places in our minds that are lost forever.
Places that we can only feel and sometimes, if lucky get back to. In its realization, different field recordings and instruments have been played and have been manipulated with sound programming language „csound”.
Also some of the instruments have been
created in csound itself.
