„La Muerte” (Spanish for „The Death”) is the sixth studio album by Dutch death metal masters Gorefest. Originally released in 2005 and now set to be reissued on deluxe coloured vinyl by Back On Black Records. Gorefest is an eminently enjoyable band, they haven’t put out a bad record. „La Muerte” will go down in history as one of their best, retaining enough class and musicianship to rise above the hordes, with enough dirty old-school ferocity to please the punters.
