Jazz Rock, Indie Rock, Swing/Funk/Soul, CD kiadvány, 2010-es album.
Overground Records continue their long standing relationship with Vic Godard & Subway Sect with the release of „We Come As Aliens”, Vic’s first album of new material since 2002’s Sansend. Vic Godard is not limited to one style: Starting off with a singer/songwriter sound he plunged the London mid-70’s punk-scene accompanied by „a bunch of south-west London soul boys”: Subway Sect. Soon he turned to a more classic pop/jazz approach with a 30/40’s wink: Swing…! …and what not to follow… Large, very varied discography, still performing (10-2015). There’s lots of artists carrying the title „best kept secret of…”; here’s one again..
