Glory Days are a new streetpunk/Oi threepiece based in Warsaw, Poland.
The band started in early 2014 with a different drummer and recorded a four track demo cassette in the summer of the same year.
Glory Days may be a new band in the scene, the members are not.
Last ten years they played in Polish hardcore and punk bands like Government Flu, Reality Check, Last Item and Identity.
The band manages to find a good balance between old and new. It’s obvious they are inspired by classic bands like Blitz or Attack, yet with a modern approach not unlike bands like Criminal Damage or Battle Ruins.
When the Dutch record label, Aggrobeat heard the demo songs they were quickly convinced and approached the band to release the demo on 7″ vinyl.
Meanwhile the band started working on new material and this summer they will release a split single with Italy’s Dead End Street abnd a song on the Oi! Against Racism comilation LP.
A new EP is scheduled for later this year. The self titled Glory Days debut EP is limited to 300 copies worldwide.
