DOWN TO NOTHING organized in Richmond, VA in 2000, with little more than writing songs and playing shows in mind. Now 2013, DOWN TO NOTHING is straight edges longest active, unbroken band. Over the last 13 years, DTN has released three LPs, eight EPs, and have toured internationally, playing hundreds of shows with many of hardcores largest, and most respected acts. Life On The James is their fourth full-length record, and the highly anticipated accompaniment to this years 7 precursor, Greetings From Richmond, VA.
Life On The James is an album concept weve wanted to create for a long time explains Jared Carman, bassist for DOWN TO NOTHING, There is a level of home town pride weve seen among all the cities weve played. The foundation of this album is something anyone can relate to, while the tracks themselves are very personal to us.
