In the early days of spring 2014, at the Chaos Island, we summoned eight songs at dangerously high volume and trapped them in a 16-track tape machine device. Over the course of the following months, the winds took us to a small country home at the infamous Heather Hills where we finished what was already too alive to be buried.
There was no turning back… Marcus chanted the Demon’s words while Thor felt his hands alive with the spirits
of golden strings, manifest in slide guitar and solos. Lost aeons whispered in Birk’s ear as he played piano,
acoustic guitar, electric synthesizer and primal shakers, the latter coalescing with Jeppe’s trance-inducing
tamborine beating. Mikkel took very good care of his dog, Zuma. Without one, there would not be a whole.
We all had a great time in the wild, bound by no one, skinny dipping, drawing pentagrams in the snow,
drinking beer, having breakfast on the porch…
