Third album from Bristol’s, Caves. Eight new tracks of noisy, feedback laden, pop punk.
Recorded early August 2014 it marks a significant change to the way Caves write and record music. Currently without a permanent drummer, singer / guitarist Lou Hanman takes on all three of these roles on Leaving. Thankfully with help of drumming friends from the likes of Spraynard, We Came Out Like Tigers, Young Livers & Bangers it hasn’t hampered their touring schedule either.
Now working as a duo to bring ideas to fruition, their musical experiences are now so intertwined through years of playing together on tour, they share the same vivid musical direction. Allowing them to be way more creatively direct whilst also combining the essence of the bands they love, drawing influence from the likes of The Breeders, Weezer, Swearin’ and Queen.
