Classic Heavy Metal, CD kiadvány, 2019-es album.
Named after a star of the Orion constellation, Bellathrix got together in 2015. The founders Manuela Lally Cretella (already guitarist of female bands Steel Drama and Miss Bit, with live experiences with names as Jennifer Batten, Ryan O’donnell and John Macaluso) and Stefania Prian, who’s vocal extension gives her the possibility to perform the best songs of the international scene (already singer of famous band in Liguria, Italy: Rock.it with their tunes as opening acts of live with guests such as Glenn Hughes and Ian Paice, Ac/dc tribute, The aim of the band is to make the listener to live again the sonorities of the 1980s, offering also a little bit of modernity in their sound, the right bond to mix it up a little and make headbanging to start, revisiting the old classic Heavy Metal and using modern sonorities and mixing together melodic riffs and virtuosity with a solid rhythmic base. The whole sound exalted by an energetic voice, crystal clear in higher tones and powerful in the lower, a voice that can cope with easy listening melodies but never banal. Bellathrix debut album ‘Orion’ was out in 2016, this 2nd CD “No Fear” is due December 2019. A new line-up, still 3 women + 2 men and a new energy to this new release.
