A Badfinger walesi rockegyüttes volt, 1961-ben alakultak meg… rövid időre feloszlottak, majd 1978-tól 1984-ig ismét újra formálták magukat.

Bob Jackson joined Badfinger in 1974. Pete Ham had left the band and Bob was drafted in as Pete’s replacement. Long story short: Pete soon returned and Badfinger became a 5 piece for a brief time. The 5 piece line-up promoted the recently released „Wish You Were Here” album on a UK Tour with Welsh band „MAN”. Due to the well documented situation the band had found themselves in at this time, at the end of that tour Joey Molland left Badfinger and so they became a 4 piece once again. Head First would be the final album to feature Pete Ham.
