„Parallel” is the result of a collaboration between the two sound engineers Anton Newcombe and Dot Allison. Recorded during the lockdown in Berlin and Scotland, the two musicians work together as All Seeing Dolls.
Produced by Anton Newcombe in Berlin, he and Dot sent each other vocal and musical ideas to combine Dot’s haunting vocals with their multi-instrumentalist skills. The album features guitar, ukulele, piano and autoharp played by Dot, with additional contributions from Hakon Adalsteinsson (guitar) and Uri Rennert.
