‘Ambedo’ is characterised by the interplay of light and shadow. Melancholy is the mainstay of this second longplayer by the quartet that caused such a stir with their debut ‘Here And Now’. With ‘Keep It Simple’, this wonderfully feather-light number, the band had chosen the song that summarises the essence of the whole album in terms of content and music as a single: striving for perfection is our downfall. Even days without sunshine can be OK – if we are prepared to concentrate on the essentials: Loving each other!!!!!
