Almost 50 years in the business and still at the top of his game, James Taylor is as popular today as he’s ever been. This delightful 3 x CD set celebrates the longevity of James’s career, featuring as it does live recordings from different points in his musical history.
Beginning with an intimate gig recorded in 1970 at the Jabberwocky Club in Syracuse, NY, the same month that his second album Sweet Baby James was released, we then move to a concert given a more than a decade later. Taylor’s show at the Civic Centre in Atlanta, GA features on Disc Two, with the set concluded on Disc Three with a third broadcast recording, this time of a gig recorded in Baden Baden, Germany in 1986.
